Time For a Bluetooth Headset?

Maybe it's time for me to finally buy a Bluetooth [Answers] Headset. I've been meaning to install an integrated Bluetooth hands free system in my car, but I never seem to find the time to do it. A Bluetooth Headset would save me from the installation hassle, but would add yet another gadget to my bag o'gadgets, and worse, another power charger that I'd need to plug in somewhere.

The headsets I've been eying are the Motorola HS850 [B0007WWAGI] and the Sony Ericsson HBH660 [B00076Q2YK] , but I've got more research to do.
